is it possible to make an lvz, like server controlled, that wen on stays above teh players ship, and wen teh ship rotates, the gfx rotates with it?

i dont think its poss but can y atell me if it is/isnt

just have a bot (or module, etc) keep track of the angle the ship is pointing and have it regulate .lvz-included images (on and off) using *objon / *objoff or ?objset

Everything is possible, but this is as impractical as if some company were to come upto you in the next week saying they want to buy your zone's settings for $500,000.

Lol if it's a really good zone...

But yeah, you're bot would probably go nuts and destroy your computer. Not only would it be a lot of code, it would be performing like 10000 actions a millisecond.
