Where do i get an editor for special tiles

you can't edit the tiles, only place them

use CLT or DustEd.

DCME is a good map editor aswell and works quite the same as SSME (with special tiles support).

EDIT: Samapico has released an edited version with some major and minor additions/tweaks. It can be found here.
