Get a Virtual private server (VPS) it's a dedicated server of any operating system you wish.. linux/windows etc.. only trick is that the OS's are all ran on a virtual machine. I found VPS's a pretty good choice for hosting any website.. no matter how much traffic you get.. just remember you got a VPS.. aka dedicated server so you can install your own load-balancers.. or buy 2 VPS's and make them serve the same site.

VPS with 100-GbE bandwidth costs like 15$/month nothing really. They usually limit you to 20 MB/second download. But for a website thats like 100 KB (with images and such).. you can still serve 20,480 KB a second. Pretty much 204 people can open your website every second without any delays/lag. But most sites are even smaller then 100 KB.. you can also compress your site before sending it to browsers.. Also don't forget most of the images get cached by users browsers so they download even less everytime they visit your site..

So to sum all this up.. VPS is the choice for you.

You can install a VNC on your VPS and control it like a second desktop dedi.
But of course if you wish to save on bandwidth as VNC wastes alot.. You can always use SSH not so hard to use.
