What is it? No need for a lengthy explanation, I probably wouldn't understand it. I am curious though.

Not 100% sure but I believe this file stores Reliable packets that were lost.

Only stores them in that file if the person who loses the packets is a Sysop.

The format per line seems to be like this

Code: Show/Hide

9999999999 9999 AA BB CC DD EE FF

It seems to store the packets in Hexadecimal format with spaces every hex.

The first long number 9999999999 is the first 4 bytes of the packet in decimal format then.
The next small number 9999 is 2 bytes which go after the first 4 bytes of the packet.
The hexadecimal part is the remainder of the whole packet could vary in size.

Also the Arena Settings must have in [Latency] CutbackWatermark to a very big number or else the reliable.txt file will never be written.

I'm just guessing here I never got the reliable.txt to work probably would require pulling your network wire for any results.

If you see in your subgame command prompt window something like

Reliable packet lost(1234) to: fatrolls (pending=1234 current=1233 diff=1)

and you are a sysop then there is a good bet the reliable.txt file will be written.
