I've had a PSD for Halo's website for a while, and not a coder for it. Would anyone would be intrested in coding it for us?

Yeah, just download Dreamweaver and design it easily without any need for code knowledge.

Using dreamweaver indeed is a quick and ugly way of getting pages together. You shouldn't use it at all if you're a little serious with webdesign.
But I guess it's fine for Agurus.

Well, I guess some sites might need it, but for a news page? No. That's just over-use of php. (And if he really wants it done automatically, he can use content management.)

Hey, I'm not going to be majoring in any computer field, so your comment doesn't really mean anything to me. Besides, it was a suggestion for Agurus since he has no site coder.

Forums? Just use one of the thousands of options.

News? Just have it static, decreases server load anyway.

Photo gallery? Easily static, or find some pre-made script.

Staff application? Any good webhost will have some sort of cgiemail, all you'll need to do is setup a text file.
