Spec or kick people that are afk. Afk defined as not shooting, not talking or drifting. Configurable per arena.

Problem with this. If you are inactive in the middle of the zone, and get killed all the time, your position changes, but not by choice. Should maybe think about adding that into this, like Subgame has.

Fixed a possible deadlock bug (I was sending chat and setship'ing from inside a loop while playerdata had been locked).

Also the binaries in this version have been compiled against 1.3.5.

I added an "idle" module and interface (in 1.3.5) that you might want to use. And sending chat while playerdata is locked should be ok. I'm not as sure about SetFreqAndShip, but if not, I should make it ok.
