Actually, there is only 1 billing op that falls into that category. Every other one of the very, very few there are, know what they are doing.

how does one become a billing op? do you have to be a helpful person in like every zone? kinda like mgb is.
im working toward the top => newb => on championship squad => league webmaster => league ref => mod => league sysop => next stop billing op =p jk.

How to become a billing op:
<ul><li>Run the billing server
<li>Run a huge zone host (SSCE/SSCX)
<li>Be so damn helpful to every zone (only me so far)
<li>Be a spec'ing loser on this board (and also be a pro league "security chief" whatever that doesn't do)
