I download the server files, i go change sets, and i get to some part around radar, rocket settings, (something around that), after i save the zone crashes and i cant go back it, it just keeps on crashing everytime i come back in. Why is it doing this, i cant make nothing, this is the 3rd freakin time...

Try getting a newer spawn.cfg and / or check the Mode in your server.ini, make sure it's not set to some random number.

Either Facts or Continuum Settings Editor can do a scan on your .cfg file to fine bad values. Try them out.
