Post subject: BOT that shoots.

Anyone know of or have a bot that enters the game and sits in a stationary position and just aims and shoots at ppl who come in a certain radius of it? I remember one being in an arena of T3 The Gauntlet. Please HELP. Thanks. PEACE

I believe it is a feature of catid`s mervbot ( no dll file needed for it ).
Fun to watch, but impossible to kill

I made a smart turret before, where it just stays on you, and shoots. Actually uses recharge and energy. Took its damage from *watchdamage on the driver. I still have a slight problem with my method to choose if i should shoot a weapon when low in energy. I should make it attempt to remember how much damage it may have dealt out, so when its low in energy and has a direct hit on someone, it should figure out if that person may die because of it before it shoot. Because of that problem, it died a bit too easily if it was in a group of people, since it just shoot at whoever was the best hit, not the best kill.

Thanks for the info. I know BOT is not an acronym. I capitalize it cause i want to. How do you make the ship not follow you?

once i played in tw...and i think an <ER> had the bot (we were all warbirds, including bot) chase people, hunt them, and kill them....the bot would og after hiders whenever there were any....and it was possible to kill it....but the bot also had a super....soooo...well u get the point
