Orphans and foster kids shouldn't be in orphanages or foster homes.
They should be switched around through fun activity filled camps for fun.
These camps should be donated to and goverment funded and should include u.s and other countries too.

Yeah, let's pay for all the unwanted children to have fun so they can forget that they have no parents, and leave reality to those other kids.
