I just found out that you could make your own sub server bout 2 days ago. So far, im confused bout to things. First, the server.cfg, what do you put in there? Second, the lvz files, I know that they contain the level, but also some code? ASSS? What is that? Coding language? Oooo and also where would you type the code if you wanted to edit the way a ship shoots kinda like trench has their jav guns come out the back? OOOK THANKS FOR ALL HELP. ANY EXTRA INFO YOU WANNA THROW IN THERE WOULD BE GOOD! PEACE

ASSS == "A Small Subspace Server" by Gremlinar (still testing). When its done it will own the original server... so youll hear a lot of us geeks plug it.

Server.cfg == the file that contains settings that affect the game rules like ship speeds or flag settings or soccer points...

LVZs DO NOT contain the level... that is an .lvl file.
LVZ contains extra replacement graphics used to make things prettier.
LVZ is pretty much a compressed file (like a .zip) that is made with the LVZ toolkit program. There is some "code" but its jst text file script-like stuff... there is no actual computer languge used there.

If you want to learn SS servers... youve definitely found the right place.

Oh, and read the FAQs, duh!!!!
