In server.cfg i see X, Y coords and Radius for Teams 0, 1, 2, and 3. Can I add more spawns so that Teams 4, 5, 6, etc go somewhere else?

No, Team 4 will use Team 0 setting, etc
You could do this with a bot / ASSS module. However players would see themselves warping shortly after they die.
