Why is it team killers can get away with continually cheating by tkn, jumping to enemy team just to kill a LT and no matter how many times they are reported they never seem to get banded?
One in paticular, Dark*star360 all he does is tk, all he does is jump to other team just to tk a lt then jump back to other team. He has to have been reported many times yet still no banned.

each zone is allowed to set and enforce its own rules. Perhaps tking is legal in the zone you are playing in?

You should talk to a staff member in-game. He can give you more information to why someone wasn't banned.
I think you're talking about Trench Wars as I recognize the name Dark*star360; I recommend you post this issue on the Trench Wars's Forums instead.
