Woa now it says real population in my zone before it always added a 2 to what ever it was :\

How do i connect (send) my info to these billing servers? What do I need to put under billing in the global.conf (ip, pass, etc)... Also, I have a Bindaddress= in there because I have a dedicated ip assign to me on my server...
Any help to get my server out these is appreciated...
