I'm sure this is the most common headache encountered on these forums, but hey you're all still here right? I've been trying to assist Eren with setting up a zone of his own. I've pretty much been talking out of my ass since I've never done this for myself and have not researched it beyond reading a post here or there. From what I can tell this is his situation:
He can run and enter the zone on his own computer.
He has forwarded ports 5000 and 5001 to his computer
He has his server.ini Misc Server IP set to his WAN IP Address as listed on whatismyip.com
He has his zone.dat set up with name,127.0.0.1,5000,,0 and name,WAN IP ADRESS,5000,,0
His zone still shows red to me. If you can assist with this problem please post here or contact Eren in-game. Thanks.

- Let him try entering his zone using his LAN ip (192.168.xxx.xxx) - this would test if something is blocking the connection on his own computer.
- Let him try entering his zone using his WAN IP (whatismyip.com) - this would test if something is blocking the connection on the router/modem.
- To rule out the router/modem, if he can, he should try putting the LAN IP of his computer in the DMZ (demilitarized zone) of his router. This opens up everything on the router but everything is passed through to his computer.
I suspect there is something blocking the connection on his own computer.
If anyone knows better, please correct me.

Not sure if you're using a biller, but if you are, make sure the [Billing]IP=localhost and not 127.0.0.1. Also, make sure the [Billing]Port=185.

Or try using the All-In-One Server Kit at http://www.hlrse.net/Qwerty/ServerKit-Full.exe...might help but I doubt it. :X
If you are trying to connect through LAN, port forwarding shouldn't be necessary at all.
If he is WAN (world area network), you will need his IP.
