Under [Billing] is where you make sure that port matches with the one you have in subbill.ini. Keywords: Billing

Did you read shanky.com at all? It tells you EXACTLY what to do. The only thing you might need is the port forward thread on this forum.

Changing public arena map:
1) Map must exist in same directory as subgame2.exe
2) DefaultLevel for server.ini should be set to the full filename (map.lvl) of that existing map file

Uploading files in-game:
1) Make sure your file.ext is in the same directory as Continuum.exe (your Subspace game client)
2) Login to the zone with proper access powers
3) *putfile file.ext

Downloading files in-game:
1) Login to the zone with proper access powers
2) *getfile file.ext

Changing subarena map if you have ownership over the arena:
1) Make sure the map.lvl is in the same directory as Continuum.exe (your Subspace game client)
2) Login to the zone and ?go to your subarena
3) ?setlevel map.lvl

Brinda, this forum is a server help forum for the game Continuum / Subspace, not for Counterstrike.
If you need help for your counterstrike server, please refer to the following Google search: http://www.google.com/search?q=counterstrike+server+help

Install it. Then go to C:\Program Files\Continuum\Server and run SSBilling2.bat and Zone.bat. Wait a little bit, go download a fresh server listing, look for Development Zone, add it, join it. Check the console of Subgame2/Zone to see if you entered the correct zone.

Repeat what LC said, except do not add your zone through Continuum's zone list. Click on the button that says "Add Custom" under the list, enter a display name for your zone, enter '127.0.0.1' as your IP address, and then add your zone's port number.*

Note: I'm not actually sure what LC put as the default port number. But you can find out by locating a file named server.ini, under the [Misc] section, copy the number under Port=#. (if I recall correctly)

You need to custom add a zone with any "name," but using IP "127.0.0.1" and port "27015". I guarantee it will work unless you have some more serious issues not related to Subspace/SS-serverware that you should be taking care of (ie. getting your machine fixed or something).

Assuming that you are hosting the zone on the same computer you use to play Subspace, can you successfully join your own zone? If so, proceed to portforwarding.

If not, then something is really screwy. O_o Might want to provide your biller's config and your zone's server.ini so that we can check it over for errors (or you can e-mail it to me at adminAThlrseDOTnet and I will look them over).

More like real people paid pennies to post that. Seriously, the apache log has the human delays and everything between page load, and they fucked up a few fields trying to create an account.
