ASSS Questions - Rolls Error Purge - Fri Jan 04, 2008 7:49 pm Post subject: Rolls Error
I've been playing around with ASSS for the past week now and I've noticed a small bug.
I currently have ships with roll and other ships without roll. When I play as a ship without roll, then switch to a ship with roll, the roll becomes disabled and all of the ships with roll do not roll anymore. To fix this, the user has to reconnect to the zone, but the same problem occurs using the same procedure again.
Is this a known bug? If so, is there a known fix?

I don't see how this problem can be specific to ASSS. Does re-entering the arena fix it too?

I thought the client decided that. Continuum 0.41 should fix this. (In the next 5 years)

Reentering the arena does not fix it. Only reconnecting to the zone does. Checking "rolls" in the Advanced Options also does not fix the problem.
I thought it was client-side as well, but this did not happen when running subgame. Perhaps it is a .40 bug?

Can you list which ships have rolls and which don't so others can try to replicate the bug?

Ships 1, 2, 3, and 8 have rolls. Ships 4, 5, 6, and 7 do not.
