Then open continuum, go to the zone list downloader, don't download your zone, instead use the "Add Custom" button, the IP will be 127.0.0.1 and the port is from server.ini. For the name use something like "local zone", do not name it with the real zone name, otherwise the IP will get overwritten later which is Bad.
You only need to do the Add Custom thing because you are hosting the zone on your computer, everyone else out on the internet can download it like normal.

ok this is the problem... the subgame2 window says... billing server connected... so that's fine. but the subill window says "unknown packet type 36" for some reason. and finally when i went on continuum i click zones, add zones, and on zones i filled in localhost, on ip i filled in 127.0.0.1, and on port i filled in 3000. and then i click ok then play... when i click play all it says is "connecting to localhost" and that's it. it just tries to connect and nothing else happens. so yea. that's the problem.

Delete the local zone entry and re-add it using the new port.
