Make sure the bot has the correct sysop password in setup.cfg (i think) without a * in front. Make sure you have logged into continuum with the bots name to create the account (unless current version does that now).

Hope this helps.

- Check the console/command line of TWCore, there should be a reason specified.
- Check the *log of your server for any clues.
- Check if you have the bot's name (pre-)registered, if it's on vip.txt and sysop.txt.
- Make sure you have renamed the configuration files from .example.cfg to .cfg

See twcore.org for a complete guide on how to setting up TWCore: http://www.twcore.org/wiki/SettingUp

Your setup.cfg isn't configured correctly; the Core Location and Exception Log location.

kk i found the core path but i cant seem to find the exception log....When i do a search on my computer there is no exception log....Umm is there a place i can dl it and copy it to my tw core file?

You have no exception log because TWCore couldn't write one.
Set the correct path and filename of the exception log in setup.cfg and then restart TWCore.

Now im running robohelp and im having a ZH help me but everytime he tries to do a command it wont work.....

I see GoogleKey= in config what do i put for that or is that not the problem...

Also how do i write my own questions

What does he try to do exactly?

You can ignore the GoogleKey property.

The data file of RoboHelp is inside the data directory, to have Robohelp make use of it, rename the file HelpResponses.example to HelpResponses.txt . Edit the file to add your own "questions".

Please check the console of TWCore, it should give some exceptions if it can't load files which you can use to solve the problem yourself.

Those statistics are recorded into a table in the database. (if you want this, you need a mysql database.)
It seems there is no SQL dump of these tables available yet. I will make it available soon and put a link on http://www.twcore.org/wiki/Bots .
