What age do I need to be to create a Zone? Do I need to have my own website for my zone? Please answer because I am only 13.

It has nothing to do with age... It's all about maturity, and being wise enough to know what to do.

You should be able to start your own local zone with that link, if not, you're probably not old enough
You don't need a website.. you might need a host eventually, to host your zone. But you'll most likely need to test your zone on your own computer first.
But before doing any of that, you need an idea... Starting with 'I want to do a COOL zone' isn't enough
Don't expect to have 50 people in your zones at the first attempt either...

You can get someone else to run your zone for you. That person would be called your host. I know SSO and SST will offer free subgame hosting (Hosting is usually free btw).
In game you can contact these people:
Confess+ (SST)
cybersnipe (SSO)
I host a different type of server. If you're familar with ASSS then I could do it. ASSS is more complex than subgame, so you need knowledge of that first.

Want to host a zone yourself? Check out my thread at http://forums.minegoboom.com/viewtopic.php?t=7175&highlight= to download and install the all-in-one Server Kit, preconfigured and ready to go on demand. As soon as it is installed, you can run either the Bot, Biller, Directory, or Zone without any problems. From there you can start playing around with its configurations.
So if you made a terrible mistake in your configurations and cannot get your server componant back up, you can open the installer file in WinRAR and extract the configuration files (usually in *.ini format) to restore the installation to default settings. Also, if you do have an idea it is a good idea to pass it by your fellow SS players to see whether they like it or not. Remember, the community's opinion is always foremost in your zone, as it is the community that keeps it alive.
