Can some1 explain the use of this?

I know it says

If any username has one of the following things in it, it will not let them use that name... Watch out what you put in here

however what ever i put...doesn't seem to stop anyone from coming in.

Can some1 explain plz.

No one can enter the zone with the following usernames:

fuck this zone
I am a sysop

You can bypass this, but you need to log into the zone with the VIP, mod, smod, or sysop password tacked onto your username's password.
