Is there an advanced skin editor around where you can easily make the locations of functions and such on your skin or whatever? Thanks.

Doubt it.
I think there is a tutorial of how to make a skin, once you install Continuum. Check your main folder.

They should make one where you can click add zone button and make the radius around the image. That's a project for someone else though. I made a skin once. It takes a little while. That would be an awesome app to add to this forum.
