What does this error mean? It appears everytime I enter ANY subarena. I first had all the LVZ stored in each individual folder, but then moved them all to MAIN to see if it would fix issue but did not.

It's a warning. If everything is ok, ignore it.

I know its a warning, but it is EXTREMELY annoying, everyotime on person enters a subarena (quite often), there is spam; how can I go about to prevent this?

You can control what messages are sent to the sysops in the [log_sysop] setting of global.conf.
