Hey I would GREATLY apreciate it if some one could convert the hosting plugin that Mmaverick made, called Generalbot.dll

Wouldn't you prefer a module that was specific to the gametype you have in mind?

This type of thing is used in multiple arenas for multiple events. It's just an all around module.

Yes I just need it for my staff to use in sub arenas so they can have more commands to host events, its very usefull to warp a entire team to x, y and to set all ships to #.

Indeed that's why that command comes with the server already...
Just tick a player on the team you want to setship/warpto and use ", fx: "?setship 1. To do these actions on everyone at once you need to add cmd_setship and cmd_warpto to conf/groudef.dir/mod.

A simple module or edit to the core could let you warp entire freq's at once. Its not hard to warp everyone individually, it's just easier to warp a freq at a time. Smong is right, a lot of that is in asss already. Anything can be done to make it work better for you though.

Did you read Smong's post, BD? It already is possible to warp everyone at once... just send the message to the whole team.

Yea, I relize that. So mods could be to lazy to tick teams. They shouldn't be mods if they are though. I don't know why I posted that, maybe I posted that without reading that certain post. I dunno.
