Your first problem could be your browser of course. Tell us your browser name, what media player you use to play videos and music. (eg QuickTime)
Your first possible solution could be to choose Save Target As... and download it to watch on your desktop.
For the second problem, I wouldn't even try and free package at all. It's a load of scams which lead you to incorrect webpages about 70% of the time.
You'd be better off with getting a very cheap domain name and webspace with a reliable company with a known address and telephone number.

thx man it did work after i clicked save target as and deleted it the link started working

Did you not read the first post? He clearly said that the first problem was to do with newgrounds.com
He also stated the second problem was to do with freeservers.com
