I've followed the directions perfectly. I know this because others can connect to my zone and so can I. However, the lag is horrible. It says 110 when I enter the zone, but there's horrible lag. It takes 5 seconds to change ships. Other people in the zone said they weren't lagging, so it might be just me. When I log in as a sysop, the zone kills itself. What's going on?

are you conecting form the same computer, if so your computer is probly to week my i get between 10-30ms lag of my computer doing that.
