Irrelevantly to the topic, this is an incorrect statement or otherwise no one would've been able to test their own zones on their own computers.
Something which has been going on for quite some time now.
Fact is that you can connect to a zone while you running the biller on your computer.
So please do not contradict me, and keep the dumbass in your purse.

As for the person who posted, they must have done something wrong and created incompatabilities between them or that they use ports which are being used for something else at the same time.

Ok, here it is straight:
You can connect to a zone while you are running said zone's biller. However, for this to work, in the zone's server.ini under [billing] the IP needs to be your dns name. This is the only way to do it.
If you don't know your DNS, post your IP here and I will do a lookup for you.
SOS: it can be done, just not the straight-forward way.
