//Put your name and any other smod/sysop/mod here like so:
//Mine GO BOOM
//Will also only allow following people to log into mod if use mod list option on in server.ini
//Also added a new feature that can be used in mod, smod, or sysop.txt
//Name = normal, get access like normal
//+Name: = gets access for powers in all priv arenas (everything but Public0 and such)
//+Name:@ = gets access for powers only in main arenas (Pubic0 stuff)
//+Name:arenaname = gets access for powers ONLY in that subarena
//If you want Name to have powers in two subarenas, have it like:
//Name
//+Name:arena1
//+Name:arena2
//NOTE: Must have them also put in the powers normally, THEN restrict it. IE:
// Mine GO BOOM
// +Mine GO BOOM:mgbarena

Gotta Question:
"//+Name: = gets access for powers in all priv arenas (everything but Public0 and such)"
Does this mean all # arenas, or just non PUBLIC??

Non public, I believe.

Public = numbered arenas. Private = anything else. Hidden = #arenas. It's pretty clear in the txt.

MY doubts were between "Hidden" and "Private."
Many ppl simply refer to # arenas as priv arenas

?go Blah - private spawn
?go #Blah - private hidden spawn (mods+ can see it, though, maybe VIP too, never checked)
If arenamode !=0 then ?go blah may not create a private spawn but instead goto a preconfigured "pub" (of sorts).

Regarding what grav said that wasn't a repeat of what I had:
Your best idea would be to set ArenaMode=5 so your server directory doesn't fill up with tons of files, but that's pretty irrelevant.

Maybe he just always repeats you because he has you ignored and doesn't bother to click "view post"

If I have the numbnut ignored because I don't want to hear whatever stupid shit he spits in the first place why would I bother to click anywhere to view his posts?

Well, you do reply to me a lot. Anyway, it would be to your advantage to read what I say at least in the help forums because then you don't look like a retard repeating exactly what I already said.
