Ok here's the thing.

In the graphic folder, you can change shipsets and such things.
I have put in a new skin for the repel, in the repel.bm2. Now, It dont display the new skin while i play. But it displays the old repel-skin.

How can this be? When i check my repel.bm2 the new skin is there. I can also change things such as shipsets or parts of them, and greens. And they work fine.

I have restated the cpu and the client, so it cant be stored in some memory, or can it?

How do i get it to work?

Thank you!

I think you have to put the bm2 files into the zone/zone name folders... i don't have continuum installed otherwise I could tell you exactly where to put them... but if I remember correctly you just put them into the zone folder for the zones you want to use them in "i think" I assume your doing this for someones zone you play in... if its yours then you need to use the lvztoolkit from http://www.shanky.com/server/ and follow the directions

or could be just that the zone you play in has a repel.bm2 in a lvl file

Yep.
The zone you choose to try it in must have their own repel gfx replacement.

If you wish, you can override the zone's lvz (have it ignored by client, actualy).
Goto view->options->other and uncheck the "Use Optional Level Graphic and Sound" box.
Then the client will use the default gfx you have in your continuu\graphics\ folder for any zone.

Its was as Weavil said, i had to put them in the zone directory. Why is it this way? So what happens if i remove all the bm2 files in the zone directory?

I "think" its like that becuase the server stores all its information minus the settings for each arena (for obvious reasons)on the client pc to force the client to use the graphics from the client pc instead of constantly sending the graphics data to the client and it also allows you to be able to have your own prefered graphics and sounds in each zone you play in instead of 1 graphic for all zones you use. But I could be off a little.

As for removing all of the bm2's for from the zone directory.. it will most likely copy them back into the folder from either the continuum directory or the server itself.

Basically, if a zone has replacement graphics (in LevelFiles) Continuum will ignore the copies in \graphics. If you delete the graphics in the zone's folder, as weavil said, Continuum will just dl again from the server.
