Ok im noticing all this neat stuff you guys have come up with, new billers, applications on ss , and etc...What would be the best way to learn to do stuff like this. Ive had a C++ program for some time now, guess i should start learning it? You guys have any suggestions or any hints to help me out?

After you read and memorize the tutorial, start making a few random programs. Just make them do anything, best would be to find some CS problems on the net.
