- It is split to allow people helping them to know what advice to give them. Most people forget to post which server they are using, which bot core they are working with, etc.
- Most users that get here come from either google search or front page link from SS Forum.net. They have a Technical Support specifically for client usage. The reason most client questions were moved were they were easily fixed, and then someone started to troll the topic and it became a mess.
- I have future plans that need to keep third-party Subspace code split from non-Subspace code.
- Server Suggestions will be merged as soon as I feel this is fine. I'll go through, pick a few that need to be placed elsewhere, then the rest go into ASSS Questions.
- Chatnet will be merged on a one-by-one thread basis, as it has so few posts.
- Zone Junk usually became people saying the other person stole their zone. Its main goal, attracting players to new zones and posting of zone events, failed and thus is not needed anymore.
- I have future plans that need to keep third-party Subspace code split from bot code.
- I believe Trash Talk is fine right now. If future problems arise, I'll handle it in an immature fashion and enact weird restrictions and cause every single person on the face of the planet to hate me. Oh wait, I believe that is how you see it.
- That is what Trash Talk is for. Excluding a few specific people, which a whole new forum does not need to be permanently created for, Trash Talk was for idle chatter.
Work in progress is simple to do with the preview feature. I've noticed you've used it 0 times out of your current 115 posts. Give it a try, like Solo Ace or Smong, who preview their post more than a third of the time before posting.

- True, however the bot section isn't split, do you suggest we split that one as well, perhaps a new cat.?
- Alright, but we still inccur quite a few of these, wouldn't it be better to house them under a purposed forum and remove excess irrelevant replies instead of tossing them into TT?
- I don't see how that collide with the current stracture. Non-SS code is taken to the Tech Discussion while SS-related code is distributed among the proper development sections.
- N/A.
- N/A.
- Then merge into TT and place TT back in general?
- Bots ARE 3rd party code...again I fail to see the problem without more detailed specifics regarding your "plans".
- N/A.
- Trash talk should be what its name represents - trash : spam, flames, etc. If you want it to include normal chat then a required renaming is in order.
What of the Tech forum, then?
I prefer to use the edit function than bothering with previews.
I was never a fan of the preview feature.

Problem is, Grav, that what you think of as intelligent conversation and what everyone else things of as intelligent conversation are radically different things. A forum that only allows intelligent conversation would probably end up moderating you entirely out.
