Guest, please check this page. It probably contains the answer to your question. The reason why the zone is red is that your client can't connect to the server.
Thus, make sure you can connect to the server.
If that is not the case, you need to check if there are firewalls (on the server or on a router) enabled which can block the port you are hosting the subgame server on.

Guest, probably some firewall (on your router I presume) is blocking the subgame server from putting itself on the zone list and blocking people from entering your zone.
You need to access your router and change port forwarding.
Since this can be quite complicated I suggest you to ask someone around you to help you.
