Does anyone have a detailed outline or layout of Mervbot's commands? Like all of the commands in good detail that explain what each does and function?

Or you could look in command.h for the MERVBot.exe

some commands are not listed like !disable COMMAND etc

!disable isn't a Mervbot core command. If it's from a plugin, that plugin should provide the !help interface.
