I have an idea that you hold a try out

Set a challenge for someone to make you something and the person who does it fastest/best fills the posisiton!

My challenge is that the first person to kill Spyed gets to be a billing op. Obviously, this means you are unable to enter this competition Spyed. Unless you kill yourself. I might consider you for a billing op after that.
