Bot Questions - deleting things from the plugins...

Post subject: deleting things from the plugins...

i have downloaded these plugins. they are flagmod and flag. now im pretty sure with the flagmod plugin it has !gold and zombies. now i was wondering, is there a way i can get it to not show those to the public. i know you could do it if you know the programming and such but i dont know the programming so is there another way?

I don't think it has zombies, but you can disable or alias any commands. Look in commands.txt and look at how the other commands are disabled/aliased.

if you disable them in commands.txt they will still be shown, however they can't be used anymore.
"Forget about it! This command is disabled"

Bottom line: Without having the source to the plugin you can't hide !commands from viewing on !help.

Which is why MERV should have a command registering system, like ASSS.

We need the source to the plugins you downloaded (not the .dll, but the .h and the .cpp files).
The creator of the bot have those if they aren't inside the downloadable package.
