the ones I have atm are downloaded from SSDL. but they are kinda ugly (I think it's because they're official)

Ken - Instead of getting people to make new ships, just keep the "ugly" ones, and ask them nicely to edit them to your liking.

SSDL has like stealth fighters and some other fighters in the ships area. Some of them look very good.

well I mixed with the planes and got somekinda what I wanted.. now I just need to get the turrets better looking.. the turrets are a missile turret (some kinda SAM site or something) and a machinegun turret (some kinda AA gun) tho the mg turret is pretty hard to do I think because it's not like a ground-to-ground turret.. (it's an ground-to-air-turret).

Hmm there use to be an old zone on SSZ called SSZ Tank Warfare that also had detailed tanks and pretty good tiles but that didn't do well and in the end closed.

I was Shaggy for a halloween party.
But anyways, if you're bent on a completely themed zone, you're going to need to learn a bit about ship-making, while if you wanted to try mostly original gfx you would need to come up with a very original and interesting gameplay. Check out the koth I made in Halo.

well the Airwars went down due to computer format and host shutdown. I'm now working on Infantry Wars
, which I have shipsets to 6 ships but I'd need a tank and turret... the shipsets are 2d, maybe nothing new but I guess the gameplay will catch people when the tileset gets ready.. if anyone would like to make a 2d tank and a turret I'd be happy =) (even tho the chanse for that is like... 10%?)
