For those that don't have a comercial C++ compiler, here is a good choice with an integrated IDE

its just a compiler w/ IDE. it will do exactly what you tell it to, thats why programming sucks

Actually i'm using it, well... i use Borland C++ Builder 5.0 Enterprise, but the differences between the free version are the VCL library.
