using SSME or CLIT or dusted or whichever, how can you make the map _smaller_. i don't want this massive map size

it's one size fits all in this game - you want a smaller map, put a bounding wall in someplace

okay well i made a rectangle which would be the actual boundaries for the map. i've set spawn locations inside that rectangle.

how do i get greens to spawn inside of the rectangle? (perhaps at an increased rate?)

what part of the config file?

Greens, warzone style flags, and powerballs will always spawn around the center point (512,512). So its best to setup the box around the middle, as almost every zone does.

The [Prize] section of your cfg, for subgame at least.

The setting you are looking for, which is not exactly intuitively named, is prize:minimumvirtual in the cfg file. This determines the radius of how far from (512, 512) all prizes, flags, and powerballs will automatically spawn.

Well, it's intuitively named considering it was probably originally only for prizes. But then flags and balls... well, SS is a hack. icon_razz.gif
