I have a server that I set up, and I can access it OK, but when others try to enter it, it just doesn't connect for them and goes red. It appears on the "zones" list but they just can't connect. Configure your router so it forwards the server ports to your computer. (the port you set and the port you set + 1)
Configure your firewall to let those ports connect.

yup that should help, else check any firewall to allow the port the server is on
