Well, I don't really make a point of reading the SSN news, but now that I have, I guess you're referring to the OC-192 upgrade thing.
What I'm wondering is how you get OC-192 when your host says OC-3 on its website.

Im sorry I didnt catch the ban, I rarley have time to go to the forums and check on new topics. I am usually at work or at school so I never have time to check any certain place.
