LIE isn't bad.

Make your ini file this:

--------------------
Outfile=_bzw.lvz

File=disp.bm2
File=icons.bm2
File=rocket.bm2
File=turret.bm2
File=hlthbar.bm2
File=powerb.bm2
File=ships.bm2
File=turret2.bm2
File=repel.bm2
File=repel.wa2
File=steel2.bm2

[objectimages]
IMAGE0=steel2.bmp,1480,1200,100

[mapobjects]
704,4480,IMAGE0,AfterBackground,ShowAlways,0,0

--------------------------
then put it in the server directory (possibly using *putfile). Also change the settings so Misc:LevelFile=_bzw.lvz

and look at 704,4480 on the map ("*warpto 44 280")

File =steel2.bmp not "steel.bm2"

there is no reason to use .wa2 and .bm2, just leave them as .wav and .bmp (or better yet [usually] .png, .jpg or .gif)
