Can someone make a plugin so that the bot puts a brick on certain places constantly? Is this even possible? If not, don't bother.

It is only possible if you intend to place the brick near a wall. Otherwise the orientation of the brick can't be predicted.
If you're using asss I have written an autobrick module that can do this. If you don't have a clue about asss you can use the weapon eater tile to create a similar effect, although it is not the same as a brick.
