Mind that this module is very easy to produce yourself if you can make bots a little bit. However, its not advisable to create bots when they already exist lol

He's talking about putting it in python, and he's talking about "modules".
This language isn't supported by any bot core, and the usual name for ASSS extensions used here is "modules", as for bots we use "plugins".
Also, from what I've seen Chambahs is only writing ASSS modules in python.
These reasons are better than yours to assume he's writing a module for ASSS, not MERVBot.

He wants the merv plugin so he can look at the code and put it in ASSS in python. Or wanted, this is 3 months old.
