This might seem a bit of noob question (probably is) but I can't figure out what I've done wrong.
I've set up a server using server v1.34.14, and as far as I can tell I've done everything the same as last time I set up a server (years ago now though). Subgame2 connects to the billing server fine, and when I view it in my zone list in Continuum it's listed in green.
However, it already says that there's a player in the zone already, and no matter what client version I try to connect to it with it refuses, popping up an error asking me to check that I'm connected to the internet - which I am. It's hosted on my local machine at the moment so I can't understand how it needs an internet connection anyway. I've also checked to see if I can log onto other servers and that's not a problem.
Not sure if I described well enough, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem before and be able to tell me what it is I'm doing wrong?

Have you tried adding a custom zone (with IP "127.0.0.1" and the port it's running on)?

Make sure favorite.lst is in your server folder. If not, go to the shanky server help site and download it there.
