I know, I know, it's been asked for so many times. But I've followed instructions carefully (about 8 times) and still got no results. After I add my zone, it's green and there is already 1 player in. Help!

I've already done the port stuff (billing and server).

Not sure if this will help anything since you have subbill and subgame running on different ports with these settings.

Server.ini:
Quote:
[Billing]
IP=localhost

[Directory]
IP=sscentral.subspace.inet.fi,sscentral.subspacehq.com

Make sure no other programs are using the ports you want subgame/subbill to run on.

If you have no idea how to see if any other programs are using the ports, the following might help.

1: Using netstat
Go to Start -> run.
In the box that opens type "cmd" and click OK.
In the black console window, on the command line, type "netstat -an".
This will list all active ports, including protocols/status.

2: Using Active ports or TCPView
Download Active ports or TCPView.

Run one of these programs and check if your ports are in use.

No external programs are using any of my ports - I've even used a random number generator!
