Try reading The Whole Shebang: A State of the Universe(s) report by Timothy Ferris.
Merry Christmas to all. May it snow where you are because, thankfully, it isn't here.

I don't know I wasn't that fond of Deception Point, maybe it was just a bad day when I read it but it kind of bored me.
Digital Fortress I will agree was nothing special I didn't really know of any innaccuracies but I guess I will have to believe you Ekted. I mean at the end when they were trying to figure out the code I had already figured it out way before they did it is sad that I could figure it out and a bunch of top notch scientists couldn't.

Pretty much everything. The way he described the unbreakable code, the way they said they added a backdoor into the encryption's SOURCE CODE that no one would notice, WATER COOLED computers, etc.

Well the water cooling I did notice but I guess I don't know enough about programming to figure out the source code stuff.
