Both of the programs, Subbill and Subgame need to be running, Subbill is the billing server, Subgame is the game server.
Subgame is supposed to connect to Subbill, so you have to tell both programs how they can establish a connection.
Please post your INI files (subbill.ini and server.ini) here so we can see what's wrong.
The "re-read settings" message can be ignored.
And, uhm, could you please try to keep your posts English?

He could just use the server.ini and subbill.ini program that fixes problems in it. I think BaK and 2dragons made it.

First run subill.exe then run subgame2.exe
And doesn't the "re-read settings" thing mean that it's re-reading the server latency? Solo Ace - Thu Dec 16, 2004 5:28 pm Post subject:
Eh, no Assassin, that probably was some other program.
You could've looked that up.
Cyan~Fire made an "INI checking tool".
Dustpuppy and I made a Web based Subgame INI checker which is currently offline.

O ya thats right I was talking about the one you made, the online ini checker, thats the one that helped me with my problems. But i guess its offline :-/

"Re-read Settings" actually means that it's re-reading the settings.
