Hm... yeah I think we would have heard something about it.

Interesting thought, if a president were to be arrested; they would technically be unable to discharge the Presidency. I guess the cabnit could discharge the presidency for him; thus allowing the chain of succession to continue... Hm.. I guess I should go read the constitution again sometime

But yeah the Daily Show seems to cover the utterly bizzare wonder where they have been WHY JON STEWART WHY!!!
