Post subject: Problems with continuum
Well whenever I try to enter a continuum zone even though it at first has all green zones when I try to enter it it starts at the "Connecting to w/e server" and does that for forever, when I hit esc it takes me back to the continuum client and all of the zones are red what's worse is that I can't use my internet anymore and I have to restart in order to get my internet working again.

I have no idea what the problem is if you guys need any information just tell me.

I wanted to ask "Is there any firewall in front of your computer, or are you running any?", but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Did you try re-installing Continuum? icon_confused.gif

Meh I knew that was going to come up sigh I guess I will reinstall it.

UPDATE:Well I reinstalled continuum and now it has a new behavior I can go into a zone fine but the second I come out my internet goes nuts and I have to restart my computer.

Did you recently install a router wirelessly? Usually routers do that when they are on a wireless LAN. Other times, it can be network lag in your LAN receiving less packets than it should.

No I have had my wireless lan for about a year and a half now the only problem I have ever had is having to unplug it and plug it back in when it stopped sending data to my bros' computers. To my knowledge I have not changed anything since it stopped working. No idea what is up.

There is part of your problem. You shouldn't literally unplug the cable to reset the router. A safer way is to hit 192.168.168.1 or 192.168.1.1 in the Internet Explorer URL. Next, login then find a menu that says "reboot Router" or anything similar to that.

*This is not the solution but a tip for the future sa_tongue.gif. My network usually stops recieving data, then crashes, too. Also check for the latest firmware for your router at the company's site. icon_smile.gif

Lol, I am not an electrical engineer, and would never be sa_tongue.gif. I want to get a good major in Computer Sciences. And by the way, I am close to your age icon_wink.gif

My dad is the head of a high ranking division in a company called Raytheon I am surprised that he didn't even know that this option existed, anyway back to my continuum problem I dunno wtf is happening. It doesn't happen with any other program. I doubt it is my internet because my brothers' continuum are still perfectly fine.
