I went into the INI for catids biller

and checked everything
them came upon
// Encrypt SubGame->SubBill traffic
EncryptMode=1

thought maybe thats wrong

i changed the '1' to a '0'

and tried it again, and bam it started to work!!!!

That shouldn't be a biller issue. I'm pretty sure the biller has absolutely no clue what ship a player is in.

I dont think Encryption in traffic means that, I think it means data transfered in encryption, passwords, and such, and it works so explain that?

Fixed my spec problem too icon_smile.gif

You do know, the best way for me to make a good FAQ is to have people ask questions, and then find answers for them. This encryption one is good, but you want to explain what you did to fix your spec problem, so anyone in the future with the same problem will be able to fix theirs just as easily?

Well, in ASSS if the freqs -1220, it wont let u back into spec, seems like asss doesnt see it, or something and it just doesnt let u go back into spec, but Subgame, lets you have a -1220 freq for spectators

so your solution was to use subgame?

uh? no, the solution was the spec freq cannot be a negative number, it was set to a positive freq, which let you back into spec from a ship

Why doesn't grel check to make sure you don't have a negative number?

There's a setting called Team:PrivFreqStart, look in the userguide or fm_normal.c to find out how freqs are handled.
